Kevin & Jacoba » Langley Family Photographer

Kevin and Jacoba. High school sweethearts. I’ve known Jacoba since she (and Ryan) stole toys out of my sandbox when we were just little girls. Then my family moved to her town and her school and we became friends. We often visited each others houses on Sundays. I remember playing dress up and eating melted cheese buns with chips at her house. And I think her favorite part of visiting my house was the piece of chocolate my mom would give us just before heading to church. High school was high school and in grade 10 along came this boy named Kevin.

Kevin and I share a birthday, so he’s alright. 🙂

I could go on about all the connections we share and the good times we had. But ultimately, this family is fabulous and it was so nice to photograph them.

Braeden & Tami Mini Session » Aldergrove Photographer

Braeden and Tami are doing the long distance relationship thing. So it was important to get the photos in the small window of opportunity we had. I could scarcely believe my eyes when the sun came out to play. The sun just makes everything better!

You guys are so sweet together. Enjoy your photos!

Marek & Alanna » Ladner Wedding Photographer

Oh this wedding was something of a photographer’s dream. Getting ready in an Edwardian heritage home with beautiful vintage finishes and antique pieces. Large windows throughout the house allowed the natural light to stream inside. I’m a sucker for light. It’s all I care about. Almost.

The sweetest bride you’ll ever meet. And gorgeous. And the very dapper groom. The bride and groom have impeccable taste and it just made for a LOT of fun eye candy to photograph. Check out their camper / bar… available for rent for events. The grounds of the Kirkland House are also stunning.

Anyway! It’s a long post but you get a real sense of their day! Thanks for looking!

Claire » Langley Newborn Photographer

This sweet pea was so relaxed and slept like a dream. I was so excited for Tanya when she had a baby girl! EEEEPPP! Bring on the pink! (and it kinda gives me some hope).

Tanya’s oldest boy, Josh, is a regular playmate for Noah, so our little baby visit easily turned into a photo session while the kids played nicely together. Probably the shortest newborn session I’ve ever done. Claire was so relaxed and had no problem going back to sleep every time.
