I\u2019m not a writer. I\u2019m a private person. I prefer to listen. These are reasons NOT to blog.<\/p>\n<p>But I always believed that blogging was for people passionate about a topic or subject. And I am passionate about photography. Always have been. And <a title=\"Karin Louwerse Photography Flickr account\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/evertina\/\" target=\"_blank\">my flickr account<\/a> wasn\u2019t cutting it anymore, so here I am.<\/p>\n<p>When I was little, my father had his own darkroom. He would develop his own photos for <a title=\"The Windmill Herald, Dutch English newspaper\" href=\"http:\/\/www.godutch.com\/newspaper\/\" target=\"_blank\">publication in his newspaper<\/a> and I would watch (well, not really, it was pretty dark\u2026 you know, a darkroom). As a result, almost all my childhood photos are in black and white. I love those photos and I want to give my children the same treasures.<\/p>\n<p>But really, I love any kind of photography and have spent hours and hours following different blogs just staring at beautiful photos.<\/p>\n<p>So this blog is a bit of adventure for me.
