This family touched my heart with their story of fight, faith and hope.<\/p>\n

Little Grady was diagnosed with a heart condition at 20 weeks in utero. As a result, Shauna & James flew out to Edmonton \u2013 home of expert baby heart surgeons \u2013 for the birth of their son.\u00c2\u00a0As soon as Grady was born, he was rushed to the Children\u2019s Hospital in Edmonton for open heart surgery. This little guy, 10 months old, has already had 2 open heart surgeries and just had his feeding tube removed a number of months ago.<\/p>\n

What a journey for this family! It\u2019s clear how much joy he brings them.<\/p>\n

Shauna has her hands full with (almost) 4-year old twins as well! These two girls stole my heart. Bryn, so sweet and attentive and Maia, carefree and full of spunk.<\/p>\n

I adore this photo of their family. I feel the moment. Look at the girls hugging their daddy. Daddy looking at Mommy. Mommy sharing a moment with baby. All connected.<\/p>\n
